Each nomination undergoes systematic assessment at multiple levels to recognise sustained excellence, innovation, and measurable societal impact.

Step-by-Step Evaluation Process

Stage 1

Initial Screening

All nominations undergo an administrative review to verify eligibility, completeness of documentation, and conformity with submission guidelines.

Stage 2

Subject Expert Review

Domain experts evaluate submissions for scholarly merit, originality, methodological rigour, documented outcomes, and societal relevance.

Stage 3

Evaluation Metrics

Nominations are assessed using structured evaluation parameters, including:

  • Research outputs, publications, and citations
  • Patents, technologies, and innovation outcomes
  • Community engagement and measurable social impact
  • Scalability, sustainability, and long-term relevance
Stage 4

Committee Review & Governing Council Approval

Shortlisted nominations are reviewed by a committee of eminent jurors. Final approval is conferred by the Governing Council of ISRHE & IEI, Uttarakhand State Centre.

Stage 5

Announcement & Conferment

Awardees are formally announced and honoured during the National Conference on Multidisciplinary Studies & Innovations 2026.
